Please note we will only dispatch goods upon receipt of cleared funds. If we haven't received payment within 10 working days, your order will be cancelled.
If you are not happy with your product because it is either faulty or not as described, we are happy to either exchange it or provide you with a full refund (exluding any postage and handling paid). Please note: the product must be returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unused, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges.
Refunds will not be given for misinformed choices or if a customer has changed their mind. Please be certain that the product you order is the product you require before actually placing an order.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the item shown or are not fit for their intended purpose, you may choose between a refund (minus any postage and handling charges) or an exchange.
Our coil spacers are designed for off-road use only and in most states it's illegal to use them on-road. We will not be held responsible if your vehicle is deemed unroadworthy if you are using it for on-road travel.
E-mail info@amu.net.au advising us of the item and item number ordered, along with a description of the defect. We will reply within 2 working days. If it is possible for the item to be exchanged or a refund given, we will also provide you address details of where to send your return. Send your item along with your confirmation order receipt received at the time of the sale to the return address provided. You will be liable for any costs involved in returning any items. As soon as the return has been received, dependent on your original request a replacement product will be shipped or a full refund given.
IMPORTANT: The return must be received within 21 days of the original order date. Any items received after 21 days will be returned to sender. No replacement or refund will be given.
